FINANCING:  SWIDA provides financing ranging from $2,000 to $100,000,000 through the sale of taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Alternative financing is also available for projects not suited for bond issuance. SWIDA provides loans for land acquisition, gap financing, and micro loans.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: SWIDA provides expert advice and guidance to establish Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts and Enterprise Zones, prepare financing packages, and grant writing and administration. SWIDA can bring together the various benefits of TIFs, Enterprise Zones and financing tailored to the needs of your company.

DEVELOPMENT:
SWIDA provides real estate development services and leasing alternatives including build-to-suit, site selection, and brownfields development.
