FINANCING:  SWIDA provides financing ranging from $2,000 to $100,000,000 through the sale of taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Alternative financing is also available for projects not suited for bond issuance. SWIDA provides loans for land acquisition, gap financing, and micro loans. 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: SWIDA provides expert advice and guidance to establish Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts and Enterprise Zones, prepare financing packages, and grant writing and administration.
